From the very beginning, ICPNA has dedicated itself in a very special way to the diffusion  of an instrument like the flute through the organization of national and international festivals with the collaboration of institutes such as the International Association of Flute Festival, The Peruvian Circle of Flute players and the Renaissance Musical Association. These have always counted with the participation of young Peruvian musicians who have demonstrated a great interpretative quality and that have had the opportunity to share with outstanding foreign flute players. 

In 2005 the ICPNA decided to carry out the first International Symposium of Flute players, counting with the musical mentoring of the well-known Peruvian musician Cesar Peredo.  Additional to the concerts the First Course for the perfection of flute players was held, developed by the French Master Michel Debost and with master classes given by each one of the participant foreign musicians.
